earlier this year i collaborated with Hywel and the R E team for a custom video, and had 3 positive results… first were the photos and videos themselves: i’m old enough to remember Diana Rigg as Mrs. Peel and wanted an homage to her style of damsel in distress… the wonderful Sapphire did a magnificent job in a variety of perils, it’s superb!
but i got my second payoff when i noticed a preview of Penny Lee in a similar scene… turns out one of her big fans was inspired to request a Mrs. Peel type scenario for her… i’m keen to see that scene when it’s posted!
and third, i got Hywel’s permission to submit some of the Sapphire photos to a photo manipulator artist who turned them into Superheroine parody scenes… i’ll try posting those on the Show your Work part of the Forum, i just hope some of the fans of the Wizard’s Lair (part of SuperheroineCentral.com) came over to check out RE…
It’s always great fun to collaborate on trying to bring someone else’s fantasy storylines to life, I’m glad we did a good job!
It’s even better when we strike enough of a chord with someone that they want us to shoot something similar 🙂
Do you have any other earlier inspirations? I’m too young for Diana Rigg myself, my era is more Lisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith in Dr Who, and Charlie’s Angels…
Any of the real youngsters here brave enough to say who their inspiration was? Do people even get inspired by things in mainstream media the same way we had to, now that BDSM erotica is widely available?
