Hi All,
A quick word on the variety of models and sets over the next few weeks, to forestall some possible worries (I’m looking at you, Sablesword 😉 😉 😉 )
Because the was a two month bureaucratic delay in our moving house, we had an unplanned break in our shooting schedule. Because of moving and unpacking, we can’t catch up from this as quickly as normal.
We have PLENTY of updates, that’s not an issue (over a year’s worth). It is just that the variety of those updates is not as wide as usual.
Please bear with us while we catch up, we are booking photoshoots as soon as we sensibly can but it will take a while.
Specifically:
– Don’t worry Hannah Claydon fans, we’re shooting with her first so we’ll have lots more new stuff of her very soon.
– We’ve got a higher fraction of photosets taken in the purple bedroom and the black and white coves than usual for the next couple of months- I was planning on being able to space them out with new stuff a bit sooner.
– There will be more of Ariel (as a fraction of updates) for a couple of months too, as we were able to keep shooting ourselves even though we couldn’t book models. It’s tricky to book models eight weeks in advance when you’re not sure what side of the country you will be living! Ariel and I also shot in a couple of different locations at short notice when we discovered we weren’t moving as soon as we’d hoped, too, so I’m going to put up some of these sets to avoid having a silly fraction of white cove and purple bedroom sets.
For SilkSoles.com fans, this is even more pronounced as we plain ran out of non-Ariel stuff and the only person we could shoot more with was Ariel. We will be remedying this at our first shoots in a couple of weeks.
I’ll be feeding in stuff from the new shoots as soon as I can, but bear with me if August and September’s updates don’t have as much variety of models and locations as usual.
We’ll be back to normal as soon as we get the new shoots rolling.
It isn’t a change in policy, it is an aberration because we couldn’t schedule shoots the way we normally would.

Congratulations on the house move, i know how stressful that can be – I am not suprised at all that the post variety will suffer for the next few weeks/months and just like sablesword appreciate the notice.
Then again there is nothing wrong with more ARIEL 🙂

- Leather cuffs and spreader bars, different from the usual rope or metal cuffs. CHECK.
- Skimpy sleeveless outfit, different from the recently-common (and admittedly popular) full nudity. CHECK
- Avoids those unpleasantly “artistic” Dutch Angles CHECK
Photos taken from multiple positions, rather than from a single camera angle. CHECK - Well-lit, vs “artistic” low-key lighting. CHECK
- The warm wood background isn’t the sort of “more color” I’ve been asking for – but it works! It gets away from the “black, white, beige” – or at least the sort of thing where the most colorful part of the photo is the model’s skin. It’s different. So CHECK.
Five Stars: “I want to see more like this!”
I liked Dolly’s visit to the purple room. More like that!
Glad your move went well. I am looking forward to seeing your new digs in future shoots.
And to echo ChrisUK, loudly,
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MORE ARIEL.
In fact I, for one, would greatly prefer it.
