These pictures wee taken during a visit to the USA earlier this year when, by fortunate coincidence, Ariel was touring the same part of the USA at the same time. Even better luck, Ariel announced she had a cancellation for one morning and an afternoon shoot that meant she would have to drive past the place my wife and I were staying anyway. Well, who wouldn’t seize such an opportunity? 🙂

Still, we were on holiday (er, vacation in the USA) so we didn’t have any photographic lights with us and both the light and the possible camera angles in the room were limited. On the positive side, it was a chance for the Sony a7rii to show its quality.

And at least this time I don’t need to make excuses for the rope bondage. Ariel did it herself. Model and rigger: multi-tasking marvel.

We could not end without adding some sort of gag, so some parcel tape from a local store proved just the thing. Yay!, we have got Ariel Anderssen quiet! 🙂
