Hi All;
Following Sabrina’s recent post I am declaring myself back too (wouldn’t want to feel left out).
Some subtle differences between her and my post;
1, She hadn’t posted for a couple of weeks, whereas I have been absent from the forum for a while longer.
2, I can exclusively reveal that I am not pregnant!
Sorry for having been a bit quiet the last few months, a late summer holiday was followed by a bit of a busy time at work, pushing back the boundaries of science (Not!). CD has been feeling terribly boring! Things look to have turned a corner now though, a really hectic couple of weeks has guaranteed me a nice quiet run down to Christmas – and hopefully beyond (famous last words).
Whilst quiet on the forum I have been keeping up-to-date, albeit less frequently than normal, with the site and am pleased that it continues to go from strength to strength with many new models and some memorable sets from old favorites (recent batch of Paige sets stick particularly in the mind). I did have a couple of panicked days when, first the credit card I pay for my subscription with expired (the end of an unbroken run of subscription for a good couple of years) and then my connection crapped out halfway through re-joining with my money paid but with no new subscription details. The folk at Surfmail were very quick in their response and though it took a while to work out what had happened I was soon a member again!!
I will catch up with the forum over the next couple of days (I promise I will not do the post loads and clear off for a fortnight routine for which I have become renowned).
CD
Ps; I didn’t comment at the time but thanks for the mention in one of your videos (Ariel’s RE test). I hadn’t registered that I was the first forum member to reach 100 posts (a record that I have let slip – the chap with the cow icon is about to clock up 200!) unfortunately neither had she!
November 29, 2007 at 21:48 #11316Ooh hi Cav!
good to have you “back”.
When Hywel announced more tutorial days I felt sure you’d grab the D80? and head for the studio, when I heard that wasn’t the case I assumed you’d slipped away from us..
Sincerest congratulations on not being pregnant!
Cheers
M
P.S. ..its a damn bull.. ok? :p
November 29, 2007 at 21:59 #11317Gosh, I’d always thought it was a cow, too. Only just noticed it’s tiny little horns…. Sorry Merlin 🙂
Hello CD! How lovely that you’re back. And I’m glad you noticed that your FAME has reached RE videos. I’m sorry I didn’t get the answer right.
And WHY are you not coming the tutorial? Isn’t anyone from the forum going to be there?
Anyway, it’s nice to ‘see’ you again – hooray.

November 30, 2007 at 01:24 #11318Bulls = Big and quite scary
That is the campest bull I have ever seen!
Yeah I rather missed the boat with the tutorial thing – the dates weren’t ideal either – I must make the effort to attend one of these workshops though as I am quite intrigued to meet you all.
On the camera thing I think I am on the verge of getting a bonus at work – am thinking a trip to the lens shop might be in order.
CD
– So is Ariel back from her world tour? How did it go? Where did it take you? Was this the day job or bondage work?
November 30, 2007 at 14:41 #11319Hey CD! Welcome back! What frontiers of science did you manage to push back, then? (I think we should talk science on the forum some more to wind Ariel up, don’t you? :devil )
Shame you couldn’t make the tutorial!
Cheers, Hywel.
November 30, 2007 at 18:26 #11320that would work? *looks up in interest*
sorry, I mean, what a terrible idea! who could possibly want to try and wind Ariel up, and cause herself to talk herself into more trouble?
*surveys the pile of unopened New Scientist magazines* I really do need to catch up on my reading. perhaps a small discussion of the latest articles on dark energy in cosmology? or maybe we could consider the chemistry of cake baking?
November 30, 2007 at 20:31 #11321What on earth do you mean, Dr Phillips? I am an EXCELLENT scientist, I just like to confine my discussions on the subject to places other than bondage forums…..
Really, the strange ASSUMPTIONS people do make about models. We all love our science, we really do. Look at Sabrina, for example, bravely undertaking a practical experiment in maternity; or Chanta Rose, with her continued ground-breaking research into the subject of weight distribution (with the unusual use of rope integral to the investigation). Or me, actually. I’ve just completed a controlled experiment in my home-laboratory, and have discovered an entirely satisfactory way of creating a COMPOUND of meringue, cream, and peaches.
So there.

December 1, 2007 at 18:43 #11322Welcome back CD!
And Merlin, female cows can have horns too!
And I would be *very* interested in testing the palatability of your new compound, Ariel… Purely in the name of science y’hear.Kate x

To speak in my “defence” I try to avoid making to many assumptions about models, or anyone for that matter 🙂
Of course, in place of baseless assumptions about models, starting with a certain Ariel, surely it would be better to have some facts and knowledge to work from instead?
So it seems to me *puts on air of injured innocence* that I am actually being led astray by the lack of a more complete introductory biography of you. Plus in the name of ensuring accuracy, and making sure you are properly presented and represented, this information must of course come from you.
So logically my ignorance of your scientific inclination is actually your own fault, and so you should be tied up and spanked! :devil
I do hope Kate will be willing to share some of this delightful creation you have made with me – I would also like to try it, while we watch and admire your lovely form as you are spanked for leading me astray 😀
December 3, 2007 at 22:15 #11324Hi all!
Right then, that should be CD gone for another couple of months.. :p
Ooh Kate, if you want to split hairs I could argue that all cows are female (not just the female ones) although both yourself and CD are right, he’s very camp and not at all scary. Convieniently friendly tho for the wide angle effect – don’t fancy kneeling infront of the big scary kind and a telephoto shot would would be just dull.. Bit pretentious posting a piccy of a big scary bull too.. He made me smile anyway, almost a shame we’ve eaten him.
So close Ariel.. the correct formula would actually have to be meringue, chocolate sauce and strawberries.. :iconhungry
Hope everyones well
M
December 3, 2007 at 22:41 #11325Might I recommend the following to the scientifically inclined forum members,
http://www.bikiniscience.com/
although I warn that excessive testing of either Ariel’s or Merlin’s formulation, may not be compatible with success in this particular field of scientifc endeavour.Frank
December 3, 2007 at 23:57 #11326Merlin are you sure those horns are real :;):
They almost look like they were edited on afterwards for effect 🙂As for the recipe, might I suggest:
A naked and willing woman, gently drizzled with warm chocolate and a selection of diced fruit of your choice, with some chocolate sprinkles to taste and for effect? *yummy*
You are quite right about the effect of eating such a meal to often, which is why I suggest that step 1 should be “catch your willing woman” and step 2 should be “undress her”, since if done properly this will burn off a LOT of calories before you start eating 🙂
December 3, 2007 at 23:59 #11327An interesting site. Perhaps I can suggest some extra reading?
December 4, 2007 at 00:23 #11328Right then, that should be CD gone for another couple of months..
Cheaky cow! Sorry Bull (Bull my a*?â€
December 4, 2007 at 03:24 #11329Indeed, Dr Phillips needs to expand the statistical base of his research and submit the findings for peer review as soon as possible.
December 5, 2007 at 00:51 #11330I feel I need to step forward and defend Ariel’s right to be turned into a giant chocolate meringue desert, so I present the following points – purely out of the spirit of scientific enquiry *innocent expression number 31*
* what about food safety testing? Surely we need to make sure that modern manufacturing and transportation techniques are not impacting the safety of the final food items? checking this would require an ongoing series of experiments, involving all possible brands of good quality chocolate, cake and meringues
* there is important work to be done in the fields of happiness, mind altering substances, and addiction control. Is Ariel, or any other model here, showing dangerous signs of addiction to cake? I propose to study this by seeing how many of them want to eat cake when they are tied up and cake is offered just beyond their grasp.
* is it not true that an experiment that has not been replicated by an independent team an experiment that cannot truly be trusted?
* what about our duty to encourage the greater public to show more interest in science? if a naked model, tied up and coated in chocolate does not encourage greater interest then what about two models? What is the relationship between the number of models and the interest generated? What effect does covering or exposing certain parts of the model have on these results? this clearly needs checking with a wide selection of models and varieties of covering, not to mention different bondage positions.
