While I’m not a big fan of “Social Media” it can serve a useful purpose and this is one of those times. Please allow me to also add my congratulations on the wonderful news of Ariel and Hywel’s engagement. I wish you both a long life of peace, love and joy in each other’s company.

Of course this news kind of fires the thoughts of what the wedding ceremony could be like if taken from an RE point of view. A video of the bride’s maids coming down the aisle bound, gagged and chained together followed by the bride also in bondage would certainly be interesting. Then, of course, you could change the classic line to “I now pronounce you man and wife. You may gag the bride.”

Obviously kidding there. But in all seriousness I’m sure all the RE community thinks this is great news and wishes you all the best.

Golly, thank you so much everyone, and I’m sorry that we’ve not been faster to announce it on the forum ourselves (ChrisUK is the winner!)

I’m awfully happy, and was intending to read out bits of past forum posts as evidence of our mega romance at the wedding reception for part of my speech. But Hywel said I wasn’t allowed.

I really hope we can do an RE shoot in my wedding dress though!

Hooray, really excited about 2012, and I hope that we can make it a great, satisfying, bondage year.

Thanks so much Charlienoangel (and so sorry for the very slow reply – I’ve been travelling for work so I’m behind on the forum) Gosh, they’re so beautiful, I’m glad you found them in time for your wedding! Hmmmm, it would be more practical to have a barefoot wedding on a warm beach, rather than in rainy old England [*]blinks hopefully at Hywel[*] LOL, except that thinking about it, I so LOVE England, especially if I can do a great big celebration of 1950’s old-fashioned Englishness, that maybe I can cope with hobbling around on tarmac and getting my dress soaked in puddles 🙂

And definitely, Bismark, we can put the pictures up on RE. Actually, maybe it’d be more fun to do it properly and do a good old bondage shoot in my dress once we’re married. I’d love that!
