I thought it might be interesting to begin to compile a list of some particularly elegant and touching sights: a compendium of elegance if you like.
My first contribution is thus:
A young lady walks into the room carrying her shoes (which she has just removed). Contritely and hesitatingly, she offers them to a man or woman in the room, perhaps all the more so as she is fully aware of the attention this draws to her freshly bared feet.
Only fun if the man hands her a collar or something like that…
I like this idea! It would be cool to do some of these touches in videos, they could be fun to shoot in a proper “Hollywood glad” style. Has anyone else got any to suggest?

Hm. Brainstorming:
A young lady looking over handcuffs etc. displayed on a black cloth as if they were (more ordinary) pieces of fine jewelry.
Metal restraints bejeweled with fake gems. Or leather cuffs decorated with colorful beads or fake gems, rather than the more usual fetishy metal studs.
A young lady selecting colorful scarves to be bound with, with all the attention and changes-of-mind stereotypical to a lady getting dressed in fancy clothes. Perhaps the lady is assisted by her maid, who proffers various choices.
Rope used instead of scarves in the above, as in a closet with lengths of rope hanging from clotheshangers.
A young lady wearing a fancy necklace, some other piece of fancy jewelry, or flowers, and by the end of the set she’s bound nude but still wearing the jewelry or flowers.
A young lady bringing in a vase of flowers, or flowers to put into a vase, before she gets all tied up.
A fancy wineglass or goblet, with a young lady drinking from it, or offering it to a man, or the man & women with a pair of goblets. NOT the usual thing of the wine having knockout drops in it, but something more symbolic of a loving cup: “I share my heart with you” or “a toast to our new relationship.”
A young lady enters the room and lights a candle before getting tied up.
Maybe not elegant, exactly, but a barefoot young woman cleaning/polishing multiple pairs of mens shoes or boots (and they should be distinctly masculine and not-for-her footgear). Then she gets tied up with the shoes & boots scattered around her.
Barefoot wench sent to get a bottle of fine wine from a winecellar and gets taken captive
Well-dressed young lady looking at paintings or other artwork before being taken captive. Or possibly etchings, to invoke the old cliche of a rake inviting a young lady in to “view his etchings.”
I don’t know if this is what you were looking for, but it’s what I’ve come up with.

May I suggest another:
A young lady is restrained by a man who holds her arms above her head, his palms holding her. A second man now lets his hands roam – the threat of pain unmistakeable if not always explicit – over her exposed torso, finding her most soft and intimate crevices, all aware that she could resist, or at least obstruct, him if only she had use of her cruelly-suspended and now prostrate arms.
