Hi All – And particularly Feline

One glance at the forum these days and it is fairly apparent that Feline is becoming a fairly major contributor (you are only 30 or so posts behind me and I have been here forever!). However, unlike the other members to have achieved 100+ posts active in the forum I seem to have totally missed your arrival and don’t really know that much about you (I apologise if this has already been covered, you may have realized by now that I am not always the most diligent at posting on or checking the forum).

So come on then, tell us a bit about yourself and your experiences (no pressure btw – just as much as you are comfortable with). You could start by confirming my suspicion, from your name, that you are a female!

My post count is still behind yours? *look of mock horror* *searches for something to post about* 😀

my arrival, in a sense there was nothing to miss. one day I was not here, and the next I was. It took me two or three days to relax into posting “like this”.

I spend a lot of time on forum’s, so they are a familiar home to me.

There is a bondage forum where you can find me, if you know where to look, where I am the “story bunny” – just made up that title and I rather like it 🙂

In an effort to encourage authors to write new bondage stories for me to read I post comments on bondage stories I have read, hoping to encourage authors. Occasionally this even works.

The habit carries over to here. I look around and see the models, the photographers, all of this energy that goes into creating these works of art, but hardly anyone even presses the vote button.

Where is the feedback? where is the encouragement and commentary to let Hywel, Kate and co know what people think?

So that is where some of my posting activity comes from. When I feel particularly moved to say something I say it. Not sure if anyone is listening, but nothing new there. Trying to tell authors you like their stories is a frustrating business at times.

Another motivation, this has the makings of a fun forum, since it has some very interesting members. The models, Hywel, Kate, Ariel, just to list some names I can probably spell correctly :blush but this requires activity to take place. Someone has to breath a bit of life into this place. Which is what I am trying to do, but I am not sure if it is working or not.

A forum can function on 2 or 3 semi-active posters. 1 is not enough.

Actually this raises an interesting question in reverse, how come you know something about the other 100+ post members? I don’t know much about them 🙂

    Hi to all
Having read the forum for some time,it is perhaps out of guilt that I now post. Feline is right,I believe,in that a forum needs active posters in order to thrive.

Perhaps to encourage more people to post,RE could run a competion for the best, most frequent, amusing, rude etc posts

th curent kwality of posts iz excellent, but I am sure that most would sacrifice a bit of quality for more quantity.
    The prizes could be:
to choose a set,or its contents-a tickling scene with the Princess perhaps?
a photo, just one would do, of Hywel tied up,
directing a video;or anything else that those with a more fertile imagination can come up with.
    All the best

well that’s a new record for the thread topic going out the window 🙂

in my experience of these things the active posters need a common interest or three plus a desire to chat with each other. Competitions to spur on activity of the forum are unlikely to form a long term solution, and could instead encourage forum spam, which puts people off.

Foxy if that is you, perhaps you could create your own forum login, to avoid confusion?

The site has a bit of variety, which I like, but also it needs to stay true to its roots of elegant women all tied up.
