I understand your concerns exactly, and I think one way to do it is to put a lot of emphasis on the model’s face. There’s hardly anything sexier (or more satisfying to watch when we’re personally responsible) than a woman’s face as she approaches the brink and finally goes over. You’ve probably already shown us plenty of the rest of her (and what’s being done to her) so the main thing is to focus on the results. You do this in that video, which is good. If a leg or her entire body shakes, show that too.

It should probably go without saying that the orgasm has to be real. Only virginal 14-year-old boys (who are not in your target audience anyway) are easily fooled by porn-star-style fake orgasms. The rest of us who have seen the real thing know exactly what they look like. At the risk of re-opening the old debate, I think they’re essentially impossible to fake convincingly.
