I’ve been wondering if there were any particular terms for the two different positions a woman’s feet can be in when she is kneeling. One position being where the tops of her feet are pressed against and parallel to the floor and her soles facing at an upward angle. The other position is where just the bottom of the ladies toes and the balls of her feet are touching the floor and both the tops and soles of her feet are more or less perpendicular to the floor.

When I am writing it’s a bit of a hassle to do all that describing. If there is some shorthand term I could use to differentiate between the two foot positions of a kneeling lady it would be helpful and save time. If anyone out there can help with this it would be appreciated. Thanks.
