Just a quickie to explain why the recent Anita Beatnik set has strange “buy this set” / “join” links on the members’ What’s New? page.

I’m switching to the newer cart system and trying to get up to date with sets added to the shopping cart on the day they go up on the site, rather than 1-2 years afterwards as at present! In order to do this, I need stuff added to our content management database, and the easiest way to show Ian (my programmer friend who coded the CMS for us) is to have a live set with an example.

Once the requisite field is added to the database I can just show the “Buy Now”/”Join” links on the free preview area, and not have it appear on the members’ area so you kind folks who have already joined will not see the nagging links 🙂 At the moment I’ve had to hand-code it in the set description so for now it shows up in both places.
