Glad you like the pictures- I think “like a bondage dream” is a wonderful way of describing the feeling I’ve always been after in the stuff I shoot. Lovely to know that we’ve managed to create that feeling for you.

Not all shoots are as much fun as the one with Ariel and Chanta- and you may not be able to tell but Chanta and I were pretty burnt out as that was our fifth consecutive day of shooting. We kept needing breaks and Ariel kept wanting to be tied up! LOL

But I won’t lie to you- it is a HUGE amount of fun running the site. I get to tie up some of the most beautiful women on the planet and be mean to them… and I take pictures and get money for doing it

Maybe there’s the option to do an amateur set for consumption of the forum instead of the glare of the main site..? not that I’ve ever thought of that before.. ahem

Joanna is right. The models who appear on the main site appear in a real spotlight glare. I’m lucky enough to be able to work with some of the most beautiful women in the country- women so gorgeous that looking great is how they make a living. And given that I get bombarded by emails from dozens of models every week, I have the luxury of being able to pick and choose who to work with. One of the things that distinguishes a truly great model is her ability to produce stunning, knockout photos in shot after shot- but that takes both talent and practice!

It would be utterly unfair to expect a newcomer non-model to deliver the same hit rate of stunning photos to make a commercial shoot a viable proposition: I have a schedule to keep and there’s pressure on those shoots which you really don’t need! But I’ll bet you a tenner that if we spent a few hours in the studio I can come up with half a dozen STUNNING pics of anyone.

And god-damn it, some of the ladies who post here are very, very intriguing.

The thought of “Restrained Elegance Reader’s Wives” sends a shudder down the spine, but “Restrained Elegance Slavegirls Portrait Gallery” with just those six stunning shots from an informal shoot with someone sounds like an interesting idea (and MUCH classier than Reader’s Wives!!!!) If anyone is interested in being tied up and photographed in the Restrained Elegance style for fun and possible inclusion in a Slavegirls Portrait Gallery, drop me a line at webmaster@restrainedelegance.com

Oh and there is a precedent… ask Missey about how she got started as an RE model in the first place! (I know she reads the forum… come on, speak up girl!) With all the pressures of running this as a business full-time, it would be nice sometimes to step back and do a shoot just for fun, my fun, your fun and the fun of seeing the photos at the end of it all.
