That’s a huge ballgag.
But then what do I know? I’m a barefoot snob, not a gag snob – I’m one of those wierdos who thinks a small, well-placed ballgag looks better than a huge jaw-distorting one.
Speaking of things ballgag, there was a recent suggestion over on Lorelei’s forum of threading a thin scarf through in place of the usual leather or leatheroid strap. That might make an interesting change-of-pace for a photoset here.
Oh, but the huge, jaw distorting ones just feel so good…. Mmmm, they don’t exactly look beautiful, but I rather like the realism…

Nah, that’s not huge, just a regular size. Now a 2″ ballgag, that’s huge for most girls, though bigger than that is certainly possible for some.
The gag Annalee is wearing seems to fit her perfectly, bigger that that one probably would look wrong on her.
