how about a set or a video with model charisma:

she wears white/red/…. pantyhose (no shoes or heels)
she is tied up with those silver metal cuffs

hands behind her back
feet together
a chain (1 to 1,5 meters long) connects her feet with her neck
and there are some books lying arround in the background
and there is also a shelf where the books should be

like that she is sitting around
after some time her master comes in and gags her
and then she has to put the room up the way she is
