There’s something about reverse-prayer ties that bothers me. I know it isn’t rational, and I’ve been quiet about it in the hopes that the RE crew would eventually lose some of their enthusiasm for them.

But in the Chloe James/X-factor winner set, the reverse-prayer bothers me more than usual, even though it looks like a relatively mild example. (And even though I see in the notes that Chloe specifically suggested it.)

Maybe it’s because of all the other aspects of the set that are so to my liking: The cushy orange stool, the tethering orange ropes, the short black sleeveless outfit that shows so much arm & leg, the long loose hair, and that expression on her face that I can’t put words to but that seems so right for the set.

Sorry to gripe, but I had to get that off my chest.
