A story based on an old folk tale: two robbers are caught in the village and led around to the houses they have been stealing from and there they have to whip eachother. No threats about that is has to be hard, so ofcourse the robbers start out whipping very softly. But then one thinks the other hits too hard, in her turn take revenge, which again make the first go harder etc. etc.

Apart from the ‘hardness’ you can ofcourse change the setup, and clothing as things go more and more dramatic.
