Actually, have you analyzed the mails you get? What kind of mails do you get regularly? What kind of topics did you see here most?

Maybe what’s missing are topics concerning the models and the sets, like: can I ask for certain sets? Can I write to the models? Where can I buy the shown restraints?

Maybe also some technical data, like: how much memory do your photosets/videos usually have? (For the case that some poor bastard out there might actually run on low bandwidth) What kind of data format do you use in your videos? (Might be extremely important for Linux/Mac Users)
Does the Site need Cookies/Javascript/ActiveX/anything else?

When I first joined years ago, that was at a time where most people were still on dial up and there was a lot of bad press about credit card fraud etc. I had never joined a web based site before and had only brought a few things online from main high street shop web sites. I guess it was all about having some kind of comeback and having faith in the company you were offering your money too. Initially before joining RE, I brought a few photo sets from the shopping cart just to see how the transaction went and to see how it appeared on the credit card bill.

Then I remember about a week later Hywel posted an amazing set, which really caught my eye on the preview section, and I signed up immediately!

So to be honest, I think you have already mentioned the most important thing and that’s reassurance when signing up for membership and handing over credit card details and security. But I do like Marius suggestions – I think their spot on.
