Dear Restrainedelegance models/slaves!
I have seen some posts when you talk about being gagged, but as a gag fan I’d like to ask you these two questions:
A) What’s your favorite type of gag, if any??
B) About the famous ballgag, for how long can you wear it?

Seriously though: I prefer a scarf gag as a rule – something about it that really screams (see what I did there?) “damsel in distress”.
I’m not a massive fan of ball-gags as I tend to get quite achey with them relatively fast, but I do love the drool effect. 🙂

I definitely like to see the ladies wearing ball gags, I’m a fan of that. I remember Sophia saying she had to wear a large ball gag for a very long time during a video shoot once (not for RE, it was for somebody else).
Ha! Yeah right Ms Hunter…. Not talkative!!!!….. Personally I’d say that deserves 20 lashes! 🙂 I do recall a lot of chatting coming from your good self at the barn shoot.

Mmmm, ballgags make my jaw ache after a while (for me, after about 10 minutes) but I’ve discovered that if you’re working with someone who’s really uncompromising, your jaw eventually just gives up and relaxes so it becomes comfortable again. Until the next day, when it’s really hard to talk because of muscle strain (or something like that, anyway)
I really like ballgags, am not so keen on bit gags, and most of all I really like…. Oh lordy, I can’t type it, I’m too embarrassed. You’ll have to just imagine what kind I like best 🙂
Mmm, I like inflatable gags too, but they’re a bit disappointing visually.

Shhh Steve, you loved the chat! And my mad skills that I can still somehow manage despite being tied up. I should do bondage all the time, then people would be really impressed I completed fairly menial tasks and my little heart would swell with pride… 😉

Does anyone have a preference as to whether they prefer normal ball gags or a full head harness?
I know the really big ball gags are effective, but I think they may not look as pretty on the models sometimes.

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are well,
Steve, I thought I would throw in my opinions on the gag question you asked. For me a lot of what I like or don’t like to see relates to the rest of the bondage scenario. The basic single strap gags, be they ball, ring, plug or whatever work better for me when the clothing, restraints, scenario and surroundings are more in the general home, office or outdoor environment. If you and your lady are doing a little impromptu bondage fun and she is simply in a top and jeans, dress or her lingerie then, to me, a single strap gag generally seems to look better most of the time. However I don’t mind using or seeing a full harness gag from time to time in that type of scenario but it looks a little out of place if it were used the majority of the time. Now when the situation shifts to a medieval scene then a metal harness gag or scold’s bridle certainly fits and, to me, looks better than a single strap gag. Likewise if the scenario is a fetish based one where the lady is dressed in leather, latex or spandex and bound in a lot of leather, metal restraints or very intricate rope bondage, particularly if it is a dungeon setting, then the full harness gags (again ball, ring or whatever style) become much more attractive because they are in keeping with the rest of the setting. I particularly like the locking harness gags in that situation, especially seeing the lady’s expressions as the locks are clicked shut, but obviously for safety reasons, you have to exercise care with a locked gag and make sure you can remove it in just a matter of seconds.
Now one big turnoff for me is seeing a gag that is clearly the wrong size for the lady in question. If the ball is so small relative to the lady’s face that it looks like she could swallow it then it detracts from the beauty of the fantasy. Worse is the case of a gag that is far too big for the lady and she is clearly fighting to keep it in her mouth just for photo shoot. Yuk.
Just my thoughts for what they are worth.

Ariel – You said you dont like bit-gags… and i think we know which ones you do like – or is that just my dirty mind 😉
I remember at least one shoot where you looked delectable in a bit gag (i think it was the WWII spy theme) and that looks fantastic on you
Personally for bondage ballgags are the way to go for me, but i understand that some models cant do them or wouldn’t look right depending on the scene.
I mean there are many scenes where i think it should be a different gag, ball, bit, harness, inflatable, panel, whiffle, scarf, dildo etc but after looking at the pic for a while and then thinking about the scene i see why a certain gag was chosen, to illustrate that point i’ll refer back to another one of your shoots ariel (if my mind serves me correctly the naughty slavegirl with the scold’s bridle) which wouldn’t have looked right as it was in a dark dungeon setting with any other gag.

Just my opinion, my 2 cents (+ GST in Aussie dollars*)…
No matter what gag is used, if the bound beauty looks like she is in the subspace and rendered helpless by the gag, then great. I feel the girl’s predicament and contemplate her thoughts… ;P
If the model does not look submissive and subdued in the gag, i.e. wanting escape but without hope of release, then it’s just a useless prop.
