Happy birthday to Restrained Elegance! I can’t believe it has been 7 years… Would anybody like to share their most memorable RE moment of the last 7 years?
Mine would have to be when I was asked to help out in France behind the camera for the first time. I will always have a very special place in my heart for that trip – as well as some great memories. Seeing Ariel Anderssen at the train station covered in glitter waiting to pick me up when I arrived (after a very long day which started with me failing my fourth driving test in Leeds and ended in me being in a french house with no hot water and a lot of strange paintings – willy men anyone?)…. Shooting *that* handcuffs set…. Meeting a fantastic friend in Sabrina…. Cake… and really feeling part of the website again for the first time in years.

Most memorable RE moment? I keep meaning to write my top 10 RE sets list but become distracted when it gets too hard (the thinking :blush). It’s a tough one. I think I might have to go for one of the Chanta sets – probably with Ariel and if pushed probably the Ariel/Chanta leg-up set and accompanying video. That said – it does change with the weather and some of Sophia, Paige and Jasmines sets are high entries on the list (oops – and Kate’s of course!) and who knows what tomorrows set will be like? The quality of the site is so high at the moment that any day could very easily throw up a new favorite. Better knock out that top 10 soon!

I Really love the site. one of the first bondage site I saw and the first I really liked, lovely pics with many of my dreams kind of brought to life in the pics.
Most memorable moment for me is when I got to come to the studio and take pictures. It was one of the best days ever, just wounderful, so much fun :faceheart and I got to do a suspension!

Gosh such a lot of very happy memories for me; but here are some of them.
Arriving at the RE Studio for Long Term Bondage, thinking ‘GOSH. Bondage? For a whole DAY???’ And being a bit scared.
Meeting actual, real-life RE Members at the two bondage-photography tutorials, and being so happy that they were really nice!
Shooting in the snow with Hywel. I’ve thought about being tied up in the snow since I was very, very young; and it was amazing to see the pictures and know that’d we’d actually done it.
Making bondage feature films with Hywel, Sammie and Kate this year and all having to try to do proper serious acting. And seeing Hywel behind the camera in a monk’s robe

Many thanks to everyone for their kind words. It is nice to know we have such a nice bunch of members… and lovely to know that we manage to be on the right wavelength for people to enjoy the stuff we do!

Many many many congratulations Hywel & all the team for RE’s 7th Birthday !! (very sorry for being 1 day late, but it was kind of impossible to post yesterday).
It’s one hell of an achievement keeping the best bondage site in the whole world running for all this time. So looking forward to all the new stuff you have planned for this year and good luck with it all!
Blimey, most memorable moment is a hard one! I have way to many to choose from….
I guess the best thing for me was meeting Hywel, Ariel, Kate, Merlin, Sammie, Sabrina & Paige Robbins. You guys are fantastic and it’s a lot of fun working with you all.
Most memorable photo set was Ariel in the bath tub shot in France. Loved that one! My favourite video is Ladies Who Lunch which is very stylish and so well produced. But the funniest moment working in the studio was watching poor Ariel trying to tie herself up the other week. Hywel and I were in hysterics, but she did a great job in the end (sorry Ariel, please forgive me).
RE is incredible and I hope there are plenty more years to come.

I’m always so happy to find pics and videos of RE as soon as I come back home from the hospital where I have to spend several days or weeks many times a year!
I’d add a word to Ariel about this. As I told privately to Hywel several months ago, you help me a lot when I’ve to cope with pain and struggle against it in order to keep a little bit of human dignity (cancer is no joke). When things go better, you help me to preserve good humour and spirit, too.

My most memorable moment was the first time I asked Hywel to shoot a particular set. Hywel had a very different vision than I had at first, but shot the set very close to the way I asked. This kind of interaction with a bondage site was new to me & I really appreciated Hywel’s friendly attitude. This is a big part of what makes the site unique.

Most memorables for me here have been:
1. Going way back, when I was the model for Hywel’s first suspension rig.
2. Being able to get my hands on so many hotties during the 2007 Bondage X Factor.
3. Slapping around Jasmine Sinclair…and seeing she can actually take it (despite her reputation in America for being a pussy).
4. Ariel! Words cannot even begin to describe ho much fun it is to bind her and hurt her (all in good fun of course)…oh, and I also like making her degrade herself (which I know she hates).Take care,

Just saw this you big softie Kate! Likewise, both France trips are pretty much at the top of my list of best shoots ever and definitely some of my favourite ever shots!
RE has always been a joy to shoot for and I am gutted I can’t come on any location trips this year.
