The text on this set is quite fascinating, this insight into how this came to be.
The pictures certainly look very different to anything else I recognise on this site, so in that sense I do see Ariel’s point.
For me what really stands out are the final 5 images. They are so totally different, and for me there is something about this image, this feeling, of pulling back, and seeing Ariel in the one lit room in an otherwise dark house, all alone and at the mercy of her captor…
They just add a sense of capture that the other images don’t convey, at least not to me.
It certainly worked for me – the wet look suited Ariel very well 🙂

I have finally had a chance to look at (and download!) this complete set. Wow!
Girls like Ariel who have fantasys about being kidnapped and chained naked in a shower are a National Treasure! Perhaps I should make that International Treasure since shes British.
Any chance of reusing this set of chains and cuffs to due tribute to John Wiley and Sweet Gwen? Ariel would only need to add garder belt, hose and heels. The image would keep me awake at night. The orginal drawing did when I first found it as a teenager!
