Yes, acting is acting, and we know she is acting here, but somehow we also know that her reactions are genuine and heart-felt as she moves from a sort of kittenish play at the beginning, enjoying the clicks and snaps of the cuffs, to an almost liquid sensuality at the end as she signals complete availability. The sounds, the whiteness of her skin against the black satin sheets, the mischief of her smiles, the peeks and teases of her body — legs and bottom and partly hidden places — all build to a revelation of understated desire.
