You’ve hit on my big concern with Public Disgrace both as a producer and as a customer: that there might be minors present at the shoot. In theory, I find the idea rather hot… but in practice I think I would definitely need to stage it, rather than just do it for real in public.

Several reasons. The first is that the only bondage model and photographer I have heard get into trouble in this country did so by shooting nude bondage scenes in public. I understand complaints were made, and they were arrested. I don’t know the details (or the model or photographer personally, so I can’t ask what happened).

The second one is that while I actually think that we are over-protective of minors, especially technically-underage-but-biologically-mature teenagers, I also don’t think it is particularly acceptable to force other people to watch your sex life and certainly not to force their childern to see it. It just seems too “in your face” and inconsiderate.

It’s notable that they had to go to Eastern Europe to make that site, because if they tried it in Kink.com’s home town they’d all be in prison before you know it- and that’s even before you think about the USC2257 record keeping arrangements. Actually I am surprised that they have risked that, all it would take is some unkind investigator to claim that the spectators are participants and require USC2257 proof of age and identity and they are sunk- what about all the people driving past in their cars? Presumably they have taken legal advice before launching this site, and I guess the fact it is shot away from the USA may save them, but it still seems a bit unwise to me.

The sort of “Public Disgrace” I would like to shoot is a slave auction in front of a crowded market, or a naked slavegirls dinner party at a large country estate with all the men in dinner jackets and all the girls naked, but collared. Maybe even domestic stuff like being made to do chores naked and in bondage, that sort of thing. There are certainly places where one can stage this sort of thing- the naturist resort in Spain we shot at last year, for example. And in theory the Sweden trip was all “public” – but we were actually doing our very best to ensure no-one saw us and certainly that no children saw and hopefully no-one got offended. So that’s kind of the opposite to the public bondage idea!

Short answer: yes, would love to do this, if location and budget allows us it is something we may explore.

I also belive public disgrace is far over the limit – and in top of that it look untidy and messy.
But i loved the shoots whith Ariel in the Mall and in London – in my eyes nothing more than that is needed to make a shoot interesting in public.
And that cant harm kids that should happen to get a glimpse from a distance.
Love the idear of a differential clothed dinner party.
Or just driving your car in THE collar – Ariel 🙂
Or a walk in the park whith a casual ball gag around your neck.
But to have hard core bondage or even sex among people who dont asked to take part of this universe is awfull
