On seeing the humiliation suffered by the one time punk, a foolish but kind hearted party goer comments to one of the hosts that she thought they were being too hard on her.
The hosts decide to educate her in her ignorant ways.
She is wearing an elegant knee length evening gown, the sort that only covers a ladies front and is tied behind the neck.
A chain is fastened around her chest and under her arms, padlocked at the back and fastened to a fixing in the ceiling forcing her to stand upright. A spreader bar is put between her ankles. Her hands are handcuffed in front but the handcuffs are attached the hem of her skirt. A chain of about 3 or 4 feet connects her handcuffs to the spreader bar.
The nasty hosts then bit gag her and undo the knot at the back of neck that holds her dress up. They don’t however completely undo the knot they just loosen it considerably.
As a finale they rub itching powder into her breasts and stand back to watch the show.
The party goer finds that if she really stretches her arms up her body she can just about reach her breasts to scratch. However, raising her arms pulls her skirt up to reveal whatever she is (or isn’t) wearing underneath. She also finds that whenever she reaches inside her dress to scratch, she loosens the knot of the dress around her neck. The length of the chain prevents her from reaching high enough to re-tie her shoulder straps or get at her gag.
