Well Hello to you all!!!
By coincidence, the first time I have logged into the forum in absolutely ages and the first post I see is Hywel’s post remarking how quiet the forum had become.
I have a rare weekend to myself so I thought I would pop in and say hello!
I have first to wish a belated congratulations to Hywel and Ariel on the news of their engagement. What fantastic news – I couldn’t be happier for you both. Having met you both (on one of the RE tutorial days) it was clear that you were perfect for each other. How are wedding plans going? (I was shocked by how much planning goes into these things!) All the very best for a happy life together!
As those of you die-hard members will remember my contributions to this forum came to a halt a couple of years ago when I tied the knot and the new Mrs CD moved in. Everything is going really well, and in December baby CD # 1 was born! Life in the CD household has got a good deal more hectic, and I can’t see my contributions to this forum becoming any more frequent any time soon!
I do still occasionally check back to the site to see what is going on, and am pleased to see it goes from strength to strength (I may post later a belated contribution to the how should we progress in 2012? call Hwyel put out earlier in the year).
So hello again, and once again congratulations to Ariel and Hywel

Will post considered replies to your posts when I get chance but it is great to have you back, and many congratulations on baby CD! (Isn’t a baby Cavalier Driver a Corsa Driver?)

Yeah, can relate to the “hectic life” thing, my involvement here is now almost nil as I’m now an expat and baby merlin was born in October.

Wow what a nice surprise! Popped in on the offchance that someone had posted here, and found this very lovely post from CD! You may not read this reply for a few months, but I hope that your newly extended CD family is bringing you much joy 🙂
Can’t believe everyone is settling down… I have been ‘happily unsettled’ for nearly two years now (and baby, er, TK? is now 12!! Eek!). Someone has to keep balance in the force eh?
