For various reasons, I don’t post on here very often but I try to keep an eye on what is being discussed when I do visit.
From my view I think, regardless of the style of dom, it will take time for people to see you as a dom at all. You have spent so much of your time being your natural submissive self and some people won’t want to see you any other way whilst others will happily see you switch but it will take time for them to get used to your new role.
As someone who has known you for nearly 5 years, I think I would have difficulty in seeing you as a dom.
I know that isn’t an answer to your question but at least it’s my view.
But good luck with finding what works for you and is popular with your fans.
Late last year, I was fortunate enough to be sent an email by SammieB containing some images and contact details for Elle. We have since done 2 shoots together (one which also involved the lovely Sammie) and are currently planning our first full day session together. She really is one of the nicest models you could meet and is excellent at bondage work (as well as vanilla styles).
Rather than picking out specific sets, I would put my preferences in more general terms.
I like rope bondage and leather restraints. I’m not into handcuffs or metal restraints.
I prefer outfits being removed (at least partly) during the bondage or nude bondage. Fully clothed bondage does nothing for me.
Regarding models. Of those I have shot myself then those that stand out are Mel Rook, Sammie B, Elle Tyler, Honey, Sabrina, Ashley 622 and Aideen. Of those I haven’t worked with I really would like to shoot Dannii Harwood, Donna Carter, Gemma L, Katarina Nikita, Katie Lee, Missey, Samantha Olivia-Paige and Sasha.
Only spent a few minutes comprising this list so it’s worrying that it’s so long:
in no particular order
airport security
models who no-show, especially supposed professionals
microsoft windows (each version gradually gets more of a pain)
spam (not the Monty Python type)
anyone with an over-inflated view of themself
tights over knickers
russell brand
politicians using fear to implement totally unrelated law
models who backtrack on agreements
‘budget’ airlines that charge £3 for a flight then £300 in taxes, surcharges, checked baggage, checking in at the airport, a seat etc
politicians generally
people with no manners
guys wearing jeans half-way down their arse (you wanna do that then go do it in a US prison)
studios that charge you if a model lets you down but then when they double book you expect you to be satisfied with a brief apology
political correctness
make-up artists who take hours and produce work of a lower quality than the model would have done herself
pizza leaflets – why do at least 5 pizza takeaways every week put leaflets through my door ?
airlines that lose your luggage
bernie ecclestone
models who ask silly rates
‘celebrity’ TV shows – actually make that modern obsession with celebrity generally
dresses worn over jeans
people who are famous for being famous
wanting a nice quiet evening but having over 150 TV channels and not being able to find anything worth watching
positive discrimination
forums where there are cliques that mean you daren’t say anything negative about certain people without being slagged off by a group of their friendsbetter stop there before I get even more bitter and twisted 😥

Sabrina had a lovely baby girl in May. Mum and baby are doing fine. They both look great from the photos she sent me.
While I obviously don’t know what RE has already shot or future plans for Aideen, I can say that I was fortunate enough to shoot her (non-bondage) on Tue night and she looks even better now. She has a lovely tan and her figure has blossomed (her boobs have grown – but not by implants), looks absolutely stunning 🙂

Well it stands as a good warning to all of us about the responsibility we all undertake when our “sub/model” relies on us for their safety and well-being. An experienced “sub/model” will have a better chance of warning us if things are going wrong but sometimes even experience doesn’t warn them of approaching problems. I know some less-experienced “subs” don’t want to admit they are having problems as they see it as a weakness so it is the “dom’s” responsibility to ensure any risks are reduced.

Have a good trip xI am glad this is no longer an ‘open secret’. I was told some time ago by another model but Ariel asked me to keep it to myself as it was early days in this new stage of the relationship.
I have been fortunate enough to have known Ariel for a long time (back to before I knew about her enjoyment of bondage/punishment ) and I know how low she was when things went wrong in her previous relationship so if she is now with someone who makes her happy then thats great.
I don’t know Hywel personally, having only briefly met him once in delivering a model to him, but I know a number of models (apart from Ariel) who work with him so I know the good reputation he has with them.
I wish you both well for the future.
Hope to see Ariel again soon.
I don’t know if Hywel will be working with Sabrina while she is pregnant but I know Sabrina is already considering the possibility with 1 photographer 🙂
Well its difficult to add much to Hywel’s comments. Like the first shot but the flat lighting loses the potential impact. Love the second shot, the warmth of the light adds to the pose although cropping part of Ariel’s foot is a sin lol
The sequence of bondage photos would be stunning but, for me, are over-shopped. Great poses, nice clean looking ties, simple background that doesn’t distract from Ariel but too ‘smooth’ for my liking.
Of the last 3, I like the first one, the second gives the impression of a relatively wide angle lens shot from quite close giving a perspective that I’m not sure about. And the 3rd shows the movement mentioned by Hywel.
A lot of potential from a first shoot. Keep practicing and look forward to seeing more results.

I would say that, on the part of any photographer or model, *any* ‘demand’ is unreasonable. Instead ‘requests’ should be made at the early stages of planning the shoot – if any of these are deemed unreasonable to either party then that is when you decided to either compromise or cancel the shoot.
I didn’t mean to open a can of worms with this!

Its ok – I did understand where you were coming from. I am sad to have missed out on someone who looks like she has become a good bondage model but I am glad I cancelled the original shoot on principle 🙂

Fid533Thanks for the support. I have never pushed a model to do something that she isn’t comfortable with and I have never changed the style of a shoot at short notice. I was just very disappointed when after having a shoot booked and agreed for 2 or 3 weeks, she should make, what I considered unreasonable, demands at 2 days notice. It just felt like the act of a prima donna (but this was her early days of modelling)
She could always make it up to me by shooting for me now to show how good she is (hey a guy can dream lol)

Not really kicking myself. I had a model agree details for a shoot then at the last minute she wanted to impose conditions that I felt unreasonable. I am glad I stuck to my principles. I wish I had done it with some other models 🙂

Paige looks good in these shots. Must admit I never shot her even though when we first spoke a couple of years ago she lived just down the road. Sadly after we had booked a shoot she then demanded her b/f was present because he was learning to be a photographer. Sadly, when I said I wasn’t paying for her time to teach her bloke how to shoot her, the date was abandoned.
She has obviously developed well since then

I regularly have the problem where file downloads abandon after a few seconds. Then I try again and its fine at the second attempt.
Back to the clip being discussed, this looks very interesting, with my favourites Ariel and Sammie together. Looking forward to seeing this at the end of the month 🙂
Its a great set and, if the idea was Hannah’s, then she has a lot more about her than just a great body and bubbly personality. Its a shame she is such a poor communicator when trying to organise work with her as I think she could be a real success story.

Personally, my answer is No, I would rather see photos or videos than artwork…..sorry but someone has to be negative lol

Well I am fortunate to have managed to combine them twice although its not easy given how full their diaries are. It worked out quite well following on from the Franch trip as Ariel stayed with Sammie the night they got back so could travel together to my shoot. Must admit it does make for an expensive day when you shoot then together and pay for a day’s studio hire too but they are both fantastic to work with.
Great shots that just go to add to the proof that Sammie is one of the very best models around 🙂
I was fortunate enough to spend yesterday working in a dungeon with both Ariel and Sammie. They had only got back from the French trip on Sat and we shot all day yesterday but they were both brilliant as usual.
I did hear some stories about the trip (although they weren’t able to tell me too much about shoots etc because I have to wait until they get added to the site) but they obviously had a great time.
The dungeon yesterday was great fun. Ariel spent most of the non-shooting time, trying out tie ideas on herself and then she was allowed to tie up Sammie. She actually enjoyed rigging and was very good at it.
Of course, Ariel then had to be punished 🙂
Will post some images on here once I have chance to go through them 🙂
