Worrying news indeed. Many encouragements to Ariel, hope she will enjoy a full recovery very soon.
Hi, everyone!
Totally agree with CD, both model and rigger deserve congratulations, for it seems this set was truly difficult to achieve. There’s one more point I would make, the results are beautiful, too! One or two pics from a more remote standpoint or with a wider lens wouldn’t spoil the set, but there’s no complaining about that.

Hope Ariel will never become accustomed to the scary dungeon under her new house, so she can fantasy plenty of dark stories, hope some of them will turn to lighthearted comedy… but that is for another thread.

In two words, definitely yes.In more words, Hywel explains clearly the limits of pure bondage (“now, let’s wait for the end of the world”) and of spanking without restraints (which is often hardly believable). The combination of both bondage and any kind of punishment adds much dramatic intensity and opens a wide range of combinations. (It has it’s shortcomings too, if the model waits stubbornly for the end and cash… any kind of spectacle demands talent and involvement).
Bondage plus pain can be pure comedy (e.g. Arielsloane) or deep darkness (e.g. Long Term Bondage), involve either enthousiastic willingness (e.g. Driving Test) or utter unwillingness, but it doesn’t need extreme pain or abuse to be intensely dramatic.
That’s my general point.
Second, Ariel Anderssen multifarious and flexible talent as a bondage model and as a spanking model. Most models are either one or the other, very few can achieve the combination of both. It’d a pity if this talent was always splitted into two parts, as in most sites she works for. Who else can show better the inner struggle between fear and pride on one side and submission and hope for the “afterglow” on the other side?And the combination Hywel+Ariel in something rare, too. E.g. 100 strokes.
If we’d had no foretaste of it, perhaps I’d never thought so, but since I’ve seen it three or four times, I want more…
I’m sure the best is yet to come.

I wonder what I should try to do more of…
What should you try more to have your name appear in the top 10, Ariel? The answer lies in the list of awards (along with Hywel’s true about the vote system, which reminds us of the US presidential elections!).
First, make the Supreme Court’s members happy.
Second, read the list. Restrained Elegance+Jasmine Sinclair+Hywel: if the results show anything about public opinion, they depend on impressions from past years. Add Ashley Renee, who was a twentieth-century star, and forget some other who were twentieth-century non-stars. So, wait until the twenty-second century. Perhaps you should try surgery too, and lose three or four inches’ height?
Seriously, RE is an elitist site, Hywel is an elite photographer, you’re an elite model, both of you are elitist artists, I dare say we are elitist admirers. In artistic matters, democracy, ballots, polls and so on are pointless. Only aristocracy matters – I mean the aristocracy of talent, of course; you’re not born a queen.
Last point: a slavegirl doesn’t ask questions, she obeys.

Very great news! Thanks, Ariel and Hywel, you’re nice to share that with the members of the site. To be honest, it’s not quite a surprise for Love leaves tiny footsteps along its way, even onscreen. Maybe you were not yet aware of Him? But now, I can say aloud: I wish you a very very long happy lifetime!
… and at least one photo shows the model’s back, as domestos69 wishes (I think he’s right: nothing scary, Ariel, you’re beautiful from each and every angle of Hywel’s and Kate’s cameras!).
Much more important: I wonder whether the strangely beautiful house stands in Normandy or Britanny. Where does the cider come from? Hywel didn’t focus on the label…Can’t wait for the sets to come!

I’m always so happy to find pics and videos of RE as soon as I come back home from the hospital where I have to spend several days or weeks many times a year!
I’d add a word to Ariel about this. As I told privately to Hywel several months ago, you help me a lot when I’ve to cope with pain and struggle against it in order to keep a little bit of human dignity (cancer is no joke). When things go better, you help me to preserve good humour and spirit, too.

What truly matters? A random mark from the first to come, or RE’s regular faithful members whose number increases slowly and regularly (I can say so from the new names on the forum)? As an artist, you’re inevitably sensitive to criticism (as a former stage director and a writer, I guess how you feel), but this time, don’t be oversensitive, I’m sure you won’t lose one potential member in ignoring him.
Your own path is the right path, your models are very far above the average level, keep up the good work.

Yes, Ariellake is a very good set all the photograph lovers enjoy, even if exclusive bondage lovers are a bit disappointed at first (a second look could get them to change their mind, I believe). I especially like the manner some pics are framed (the one with the small boat is absolutely perfect), the red reflections in the dark surface of the pool and the first faceshots, those without the gag. As usual, Ariel’s feet and hands play a part in the overall impression. A genuine RE-style accomplishment, bravo Hywel and Ariel!I’ve no reason to change my mind: of course Ariel should be allowed to call herself a queen since she is. But I’m not allowed to vote, since whenever I try I can read “You have already voted on this poll”, which isn’t true. This is censorship and dictatorship and I protest against it with all my energy!
Taken more seriously, Hywel’s note on the members home page is worrying. All this should be taken for granted, I think.
One may decide a test is in order, but to have Ariel wear her collar in public is neither sane nor safe, it’s playing with fire in a rather childish manner, imho. Of course she’d be too keen to take the challenge up, but Hywel should show who is the boss and resume the slave training thread at last. Lest he is not the boss. You’re more and more beautiful and impressive every year.An experience in bondage last year? Oh yes: several months in a hospital. No, you’re wrong, it was not a psychiatric one, I was in no straightjacket, but a general one, with plenty of screens, needles and pipes everywhere around and inside, with little hope to come back home, I lost my hair and almost any taste for life, but eventually I recovered and was very, very happy to join RE and see you again. It’s great to b alive in 2008, hope the remission will last a bit longer.

Perhaps you noticed nobody posted any comment about the bastinado scene in Driving Test series on the forum, if I don’t mistake. Everyone was left voiceless.
Personnally, I was at first utterly disappointed with the last episode. Even if it was elegantly hidden, the tool Hywel used was exactly the kind of thing I hoped I should never see on RE. He and Ariel managed to avoid damaging and spoiling their image however, but they walked a long way near the edge of the worst. I do hope they won’t try again.

At first see I reacted like Marius. I could see nothing but Ariel’s helplessness and scare. Apparently, nothing happens, one can hardly guess the drops are pouring out on her, but after a second or third view, it’s so thrilling… Horror and bliss!
